Return & Refund Policy – Touchdown Glow

DEADLINE:
You have up to 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return.
If more than 14 days have passed since the date of delivery, we can regretfully not accept your request for return or refund.

How to Return an Order

If you wish to return one or more items, please send your request by email to demjan@liskoflowsolutions.com, including your order number and reason for return.

Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
A fee (e.g., $20 USD) may apply to cover shipping and processing costs.

Eligible Products for Return

All items are eligible for return if the request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Item Condition

Returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging and include all accessories, protective film, and packing materials as received.
Items returned in a condition other than described may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
If a return label is provided by us, a fee (e.g., $20 USD) will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm it follows the procedure above, we will process your refund.
You will receive an email to your original payment method within 14 days.

If you do not receive your refund within this period:

1. Check with your bank or credit card company.

2. Contact your bank as there may be internal processing delays.
   If you still have not been refunded, please contact us at demjan@liskoflowsolutions.com.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Touchdown Glow guarantees the quality of its products.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.

We will, upon verification, send a replacement or offer a refund at no extra cost.
Please be aware of carrier claim deadlines and notify us promptly.

Additional Information

• Refunds apply only to the product price — shipping charges paid are non-refundable.

• Delivery delays are not grounds for a refund unless explicitly stated.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
